Congratulations to Columbia 18-Black... now the top ranked team in the Evergreen Region (Eastern Washington, Northern Idaho, Montana) after January play.

Columbia has a team in the Top Five in each division U-18 (1st), U-16 (5th), and U-14 (3rd)... no other club in the region has more than one team in the top five in a single division. Columbia is again showing why it is regarded as a top program in the Northwest.

The National Volleyball Showcase will be hosting its West Coast showcase on Feb 17 in Las Vegas before the big tournament.

Senior ShowcaseWHEN: Feb 17, 2011
WHERE: Las Vegas, NV (UNLV)
WHO: 2012-2015
TIME: We have 4 sessions (10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm)

WHY?
- EXPOSURE (Get on radar before tournament). Last year we had over 125 coaches present.
- COST EFFECTIVE (We've cut our price to $50 - HUGE discount )
- COMPETE against regions best players
- Preferred Showcase of 4 year schools
- Attending our showcase, you get - "Inside Recruiting Booklet"
- Larger facility - We will be at UNLV

Here's what coaches are saying
"I am more than please that you are directing the LV Showcase this year!!! Put me on the list"...4 year college coach

The showcase is a skill assessment of the volleyball player’s athletic skills.  We have college coaches coming from the across the region/country to recruit players. Even at tournaments, it difficult to be seen because of so many teams and matches.

What: Have players go through workouts and play games in front of college scouts.
Who: Freshman - Seniors
We break the players up on to different courts.
Cost:  $50 per player (This is reduced rate for everyone)
Why do you have Freshman? Great question. The nations top programs have already started looking at Freshman prospects. They have asked that we include them
Information/Registration
http://www.nationalvolleyballshowcase.com
Be sure to have your players get registered soon. Our camp filled up last year. So get registered early.

Columbia Players from the Classes of 2012 and 2013 should e-mail Chris with their recruiting status (signed, verbal committed, or available) asap. We'll be creating profiles for those players available for recruiting asap. Watch for more information this week.
